Cancellation and Payment Policy – Hotel Belvedere Brașov
1. Advance Payment and Payment Methods
To guarantee individual reservations, Hotel Belvedere may require payment of an advance equivalent to
the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
Payment of the advance and the stay can be made through:
- secure payment link (Netopia),
- bank transfer,
- cash or bank card at reception,
- holiday cards and vouchers (non-refundable according to current legislation).
2. Cancellation Policy – Individual Reservations
For individual reservations, the following conditions apply:
- Free cancellation: up to 7 days before the arrival date, without penalties.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the paid advance is non-refundable.
- No-show: the advance is non-refundable, and the reservation is cancelled.
Payments with Cards or Holiday Vouchers
Amounts paid with cards or holiday vouchers are, according to legislation, non-refundable and cannot be returned in cash or any other form of payment.
3. Group Policy
For group reservations (depending on the number of rooms and conditions agreed upon in the offer), the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival:
100% refund of amounts paid. - Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival:
50% refund of amounts paid. - Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival:
20% refund of amounts paid. - Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show:
No refund will be made (100% penalty).
4. Refund of Amounts
In situations where a refund is possible, it is usually processed within
7–14 working days from the approval of the refund.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: after 4:00 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM
Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated depending on hotel availability
and may involve additional costs.
